Dubai real estate market made a record volume of transactions over the past 10 years

Dubai real estate market made a record volume of transactions over the past 10 years, according to the analytical portal Property Monitor

Another local portal, Property Finder, draws attention to the unprecedented surge in sales of villas and townhouses - more than three times (!). Compared to the first quarter of 2020.

Stong demand has already led to higher property prices - they have grown steadily for the first time since 2015.

Buildings are being sold with entire floors even before the start of sales.

The main problem in the market is that the supply is limited. All cheap housing was quickly sold out, many owners took off the sale of properties or raised prices much higher than the market.

Due to the sanitary measures taken last year and the decrease in demand, developers have significantly slowed down the pace, there were few new projects, and now there is a shortage.

In fact, developers have sold almost everything - both under construction and ready-made housing - so we are looking forward to the launch of new projects.
