Skyhills Residences is a new development by HRE Development and OCTA Properties in Dubai Science Park, consisting of two 40 and 47 storeys towers. The architects of the project are specialists from QHC Architects & Engineers, and construction of the project is planned to be completed in Q4 2026.

Skyhills Residences will be situated in Dubai Science Park, near Umm Suqeim Street. This major road leads to the Al Khail Road, Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, which all provide quick access to other locations in Dubai. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is 30 minutes away by car, and it takes the same amount of time to see the world-famous attractions in Downtown Dubai.
Dubai Science Park, Foremarke School 1 and Dubai Science Park, Foremarke School 1 bus stops are both within walking distance.
