Dubai logs over AED2.8 billion in realty transactions on Tuesday.
The sales included 43 land plots at AED397.75 million and 535 villas and apartments worth AED1.7 billion.
The mortgages included 29 land plots valued at AED156.17 million and 102 villas and flats worth AED546.16 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.8 billion.
